MEMPHIS – November 2, 2009 – What changes have companies made (or anticipate making) with regard to the mortgage industry and real estate market? How are organizations preparing for the upcoming shift in the workforce with the retirement of Veterans and Boomers?

These represent a sampling of the topics addressed at the Primacy Leadership Advisory Network (PLAN) forum – Navigating Uncharted Waters Together. Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of domestic relocation and international assignment management services, recently hosted their annual PLAN forum in Newport Coast, Calif. This is the 5th consecutive year that Primacy has hosted the three-day forum, which consisted of Primacy’s executive leadership team and several clients. Held at the Resort at Pelican Hill, the forum included educational panel discussions and workshops, provided the opportunity to solicit and share ideas on relocation industry issues and trends, allowed networking and quality interaction among PLAN attendees, and assisted Primacy in defining long-term strategy and client initiatives.

The agenda included a distinguished group of panelists. Dr. Esmael Adibi delivered the opening address, An Economic Outlook, discussing past, present and anticipated modifications within the global economy. Karen Reid, Interim Executive Director for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC®), discussed the latest developments within ERC®. Inspirational speaker and creative artist, Roddy Chong, provided a presentation on the significant tools necessary to move forward and follow a dream.

Roundtable topics covered the following:

· The Comprehensive Home Sale Experience

· Candidate Feasibility: Using the Information to Make Educated Decisions

· Social Networking: Living and Moving in the Virtual World

· The Mighty, Morphing Mortgage Industry

“Given the erosion of the economy, executives are now facing difficult challenges,” said Michelle Vallejo, SCRP, GMS, Primacy’s President, The Americas. “In this new age, it is critically important to engage partners and establish trust through continuous conversation. Leaders need guidance, information and insight now more than ever to effectively navigate the industry. PLAN provides clients with the opportunity to discuss relocation-specific topics and work strategically with Primacy leadership in an open forum.”
